Kimi Work Connection Lost - Desktop App Only - Server Issue

- App: Kimi Desktop v3.1.10 (and earlier versions are the same)
- OS: [Windows 11 / macOS / Please specify]
- Symptoms:
• Chat mode works normally.
• Switching to Work mode shows "Connection lost".
• All projects are not displayed.
• Chat history in projects is lost.
• Cannot create a new project (Mouse click is unresponsive).
- Last used: Yesterday (August 15), working normally.
- Tested: Sign out/in, Reinstall, Clear cache, Restart,Check Network Routing ,Firewall / Antivirus, waited several hours.
