Bug Report - Subscription state not syncing across devices (Allegretto/Adagio mismatch)

Description:

My paid subscription (Allegretto) is not synchronized across devices. The same account shows different plan tiers on different devices.

Account details:

  • Username: Idmarin2000 (formerly Moonwalker6791)
  • Phone: +54 342****8679
  • User ID: (completar si lo ves en Account Settings)

Affected devices:

  1. Desktop PC (Windows 10, browser/VS Code Kimi Code extension)

  2. Laptop (Windows, browser)

    • Shows: Adagio (free)
    • Same login credentials
  3. Mobile phone (Android, Kimi app)

    • Shows: Adagio (free)
    • Settings > Subscription shows “Upgrade Plan” button
    • Account Settings shows same phone number

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Log in on desktop with phone number + SMS code → Allegretto appears correctly.
  2. Log in on laptop/mobile with SAME phone number + SMS code → Adagio appears instead.
  3. Subscription state never syncs to paid tier on secondary devices.

Expected behavior:
All devices should show Allegretto (paid) since it is the same account and same phone number.

Actual behavior:
Desktop shows Allegretto; laptop and mobile show Adagio (free).

Additional context:

  • I changed my username from Moonwalker6791 to Idmarin2000 recently.
  • The inconsistency persists after logout/login.
  • I am about to transfer this account to my son (change phone number), but I want to ensure the subscription state is correctly recorded first.

Please investigate the billing/subscription sync issue before I proceed with the phone number change.
