Cannot Access Existing API Billing Account

Can yuikns help route my case internally.

Hello,

I have an existing Moonshot API account that I previously funded successfully, but I can no longer access the billing portal to recharge it.

My applications report that my organization has been suspended due to insufficient balance, but the login page now only offers Google Sign-In. My account was originally created directly on the Moonshot platform and not with Google authentication.

I have already emailed [email protected] with my account details.

Could a member of the support team or “yuikns” please advise the best way to provide my account information privately so you can reconnect me to my existing organization?

Regarding the login issue, please ensure you are accessing the platform through the correct domain for your region. Try logging in via:

Once you are able to log in and recharge your account, the “suspended due to insufficient balance” status will automatically clear and your applications will resume working normally.

Thanks for the reply.

The problem is I cannot login. I keep getting the login page for Google, NOT directly with Moonshot.

It is asking for a gmail address which I do not have for Moonshot through Google.

I was told that you could get this fixed for me. Were they wrong?

I checked your Organization ID and can confirm that your account belongs to our international platform. You should indeed be logging in via https://platform.kimi.ai (please note that the previous URL for this portal was https://platform.moonshot.ai/ ).

Regarding your login difficulty: to prevent abuse, we have actually never offered a direct email/password registration feature for platform.kimi.ai or platform.moonshot.ai. All user access has strictly relied on OAuth authentication.

Because of this, I am a bit confused by your mention of creating the account “directly on the Moonshot platform” without Google authentication. Could you clarify exactly what method or provider you used to log in previously?
