Charged twice after cancellation — no invoices, no authorization

I cancelled my Kimi subscription well before the next billing cycle. Despite this, I was charged two additional times — without any invoice or billing documentation for either charge.

This is absolutely unacceptable. Charging a customer after cancellation without even providing an invoice is not a billing glitch — it is taking money without authorization.

I have since deleted my account, so I cannot resolve this through self-service options. I am requesting an immediate and full refund of both unauthorized charges.
