Critical slowdown & quality drop after v2.6 (Presentation mode / Kimi Claw)

Dear Kimi Support Team,

First of all, thank you for creating a great tool. From November 2025 to April 2026 (and maybe early May), Kimi was the best assistant I’ve used.

However, after the release of version 2.6, everything changed.

The system has become extremely slow:

  • Slow time-to-first-token

  • Slow overall output

  • Noticeably worse response quality

The problem is especially bad in presentation creation mode – the slides have become very poor. The Kimi Claw mode is also working terribly right now, which is very disappointing.

I have already contacted support before (and I know others have too), but the issue remains unresolved. Currently, I am migrating my projects to Hermes and looking for an alternative for presentations.

I have an active $39/month priority subscription, but it does not help at all.

If the speed and quality issues are not fixed by June 5, I will not renew my subscription.

Please optimize the system. You were the best, but right now the service is nearly unusable.

Actually the 1 of june and the problem still exist. Unfourtenately I forced to stop my subscruption. I will monitor how is going and resume it when the main problem will be fixed.

p.s. i ve just stopped my subscription. Hope you can stabilize your Ai incd. KimiClaw and other agents.
