I am writing to report a severe latency issue when using the Agent via the Kimi Web version (desktop tried, the same).
I am currently on the Allegretto Annual Package, but the performance has dropped drastically following the recent K3 launch. The model is taking an exceptionally long time to respond, and I am frequently encountering timeouts and high time-to-first-token delays.
Note on Behavior: This extreme lag happens on all prompts, even simple text inputs. It is not limited to large files, long context windows, or complex attachments.
Given that this is a paid premium tier, this persistent latency is severely disrupting my workflow.

Issue: Constant extreme latency across all prompts, slow token generation, and response timeouts.
Could the technical team please look into my account routing or advise if there are active server optimizations underway for Allegretto subscribers?
