I upgraded my subscription from $19 to $39 plan and logged in on another device and some how got downgraded to free

I believe this might be a glitch in the system, I’m currently unable to use kimi code and I need it for my job. Kindly restore my subscription, I logged in with google. I’ve been using the $19 plan and I was really happy with it so I decided to upgrade. I currently work on 2 devices my laptop and my PC. When I logged into my PC via google it showed that I was on the free plan so I logged out of my laptop and tried it again and now both my devices are on the free plan.
