To help us investigate, could you please DM me the following details depending on your setup?

For local / self-hosted deployments (Open Claw):

• Your API ID (the UUID-style string you see at https://www.kimi.com/code/console, e.g. 19e05e00-c5c2-8b20-8000-0000e71a7085)
• Your endpoint, model id, and other relevant configuration details
• Never share your sk-kimi-xxx secret key with anyone.

For Kimi Claw (hosted):

• The Bot ID from your chat URL. For example, if your chat URL looks like https://www.kimi.com/bot/chat/19e05e00-c5c2-8b20-8000-0000e71a7085, please send me that ID (19e05e00-c5c2-8b20-8000-0000e71a7085).

With that info I can check the status on our side.

Also, “engine overloaded” can be triggered by a few different edge cases, so it’s hard to diagnose from the error message alone. I had ran a few quick tests on my end and things seemed normal, but that doesn’t rule out an issue specific to certain accounts or regions. Once I have your details, I’ll take a closer look.

How can anyone use this service when it is just so useless?

Been like this on and off all day and now it is permanently unavailable.

Nothing wrong on my end.
