I haven’t been able to use the model since yesterday. Support responded to one message and that’s it, now it’s silent. What should I do?
This access_terminated_error actually indicates a risk control flag rather than a quota issue.
You can appeal this by emailing [email protected]. Alternatively, shoot me a DM with your account details( register email/cell number, or invoice id could be fine, don’t message me your private key), and I can ping the team internally to help look into what happened.

I checked with someone on the support team, and they looked into your account status. It turns out your access was blocked due to a false positive hit on a fake User Agent rule. This should be resolved now, and your access should be restored.
We recently deployed a risk control rule that factored in User Agent, and it misflagged some legitimate requests. That rule has since been rolled back.

Thank you very much. Everything worked an hour ago, the model changed in the customers, apparently the problem was that the old models were removed yesterday. The problem was global, not just for me. Thank you again and I’m sorry to bother you.
