Refund Request — Moderato Subscription (Stripe) — No Response from Support

I am posting here because my direct refund request to support has not received a response.

Issue: I need a full refund for my Moderato subscription.

Details:

  • Plan: Moderato

  • Payment method: Stripe (credit card)

  • Payment date: June 4, 2026

  • Amount: 19.00$

Reason: I purchased this subscription remotely via the Kimi website and have not used the paid features. Under Ukrainian consumer protection law, I have a 14-day right of withdrawal from distance contracts without needing to provide a reason. My purchase falls within this period.

I have already canceled auto-renewal. I kindly ask the Kimi team to process the refund to my original card via Stripe.
