I wanted to put in a request that I think a lot of us in the community would appreciate: a native Linux client for Kimi Work.
I personally use Fedora, but honestly any real Linux build would be great. I know there are plenty of Linux users here, and I don’t think I’m the only one who would use it every day.
A native client would make Kimi Work much more practical for desktop workflows. Things like managing local project files, dragging folders and documents directly into chats, working with large codebases stored locally, keeping multiple projects open in separate windows, and having better desktop integration would all make a big difference.
It’s also the main thing keeping me from subscribing to Kimi Work. I’d much rather use an official Linux app than rely on the browser.
I hope the team considers adding Linux support in the future. I think it’s a feature that many members of the community would genuinely appreciate.
