I am on the paid Moderato plan, I last used the website feature on February 4th but I am still having a quota message and cannot use it. Does anyone know when on earth I can use it again? Starting to regret having paid for this.

I’m sorry for the confusion and the frustration—let me clarify how the Agent quota system works and help you get this sorted out.
How Quota Works
Kimi provides two types of Agent quotas that stack together:

Free Quota (One-time only): Every new account receives 3 free Agent uses. This is a one-time gift and does not reset.

Paid Quota (Monthly refresh): Your Moderato subscription adds paid quota on top of the free ones. Depending on which plan you purchased:
- 7-day trial: Includes 3 Agent uses total (valid for 7 days)
- 1-month subscription: Includes 20 Agent uses per month
Websites, Docs, Sheets, and Agent mode all draw from the same Agent quota pool.
How to Check Your Quota Details
When you select any feature (Websites, Docs, Sheets, or Agent), you’ll see your remaining quota displayed. You can hover over it to view detailed information about which type of quota you’re using (free vs. paid) and when it expires:

Please note that Agent quota (for Websites, Docs, Sheets, and Agent mode) is calculated separately from Kimi Code quota. If you’re looking for your coding assistant usage limits, those can be viewed in the Kimi Code console at this link. The quota shown in the main Kimi interface only applies to Agent features.
Why You’re Seeing “Quota Left”
Since you mentioned you’ve been waiting 8 days after your last use on Feb 4th, if you are on the 7-day trial plan, it would have expired by now. If you are on the 1-month plan, your 20 quotas will reset on your subscription renewal date (the same date you originally subscribed each month, not the 1st of the calendar month). Paid quotas do not roll over—any unused expires at the end of the billing cycle.
To fix this:
Could you check which Moderato plan you’re on?
- If it’s the 7-day trial: You’ll need to upgrade to the monthly plan to continue using Agent features.
- If it’s the 1-month plan: Your quota will refresh on your next billing date. If that date has already passed and you still see no quota, there may be a technical issue we need to investigate.
